- Hello = sà-wàt-dii (สวัสดี)
- Hello for man = sà-wàt-dii kráp (สวัสดีครับ)
- Hello for woman = sà-wàt-dii kà (สวัสดีค่ะ)
- Thank you = kàawp-kun (ขอบคุณ)
- Sorry, excuse me = kăaw-tôot (ขอโทษ)
- It’s okay, no worries = mâi-bpen-rai (ไม่เป็นไร)

- Good = dii (ดี)
- Yes, no question word = mái (ไหม) *Don‘t need to answer with yes (châi) or no (mâi) like in English but with the verb/adjective directly.
- Getting sick = mâi sà-baai (ไม่สบาย)
Negative = Mâi + Verb/Adjective
- A little bit = nít-nàwi (นิดหน่อย)
- What about you? = láaeo kun là / kun là (แล้วคุณล่ะ?)
- You = kun (คุณ)
- Get well soon = hăai wai-wai / reo-reo (หายไว ๆ / เร็ว ๆ)
