For this sentence, we can use the word go instead of verb to be for location. Go in Thai is bpai (ไป). So where are you going in Thai is “kun gam-lang jà bpai tîi-năi? (คุณกำลังจะไปที่ไหน?)” or in casual way “bpai năi? (ไปไหน?)

Note: gam-lang jà (กำลังจะ) is like “about to” (happening soon).
